RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from delivery date you must contact us to determine the best course of action.
Adarna: Bamboo Keycaps will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under Adarna’s oneyear limited warranty policy.

For orders within Metro Manila, you may expect your order to arrive at your indicated delivery address within 2-3 business days after it ships out from our distribution center.
For orders outside Metro Manila, you may expect your order to arrive at your indicated delivery address 5-7 business days after it ships out from our distribution center.
